A GCSE pass rate of 100 per cent has delighted pupils and teachers at Manor House School in Ashby.
There were outstanding results for several students, including Joshua Mills, 16, of Hugglescote, who picked up five A*s and four As.
His classmate, Matthew Horne, 16, of Blackfordby, achieved two A*s, four As and two Bs.
There was also enormous success in Art, for which every student who sat the exam was awarded grade A or A*.
In all, 83 per cent of pupils achieved at least five GCSEs at grades A - C.
Headteacher Ian Clews was delighted with the results. He said: "We praise the pupils and we praise the staff for their achievements.
"Some pupils were surprised by what they had achieved but we were not. The care and guidance that they got from staff enabled them to succeed beyond their own expectations."
Straight A student Joshua Mills said: "Im shocked but really happy. I hoped Id done well but this is great. Its good to know that all the hard work has paid off. The teachers have always been so supportive and encouraging right from the time I joined Manor House School."
He will now go on to Ashby School to study for his A levels. Joshua hopes to study Computing at an American university.
Jasmine Hall was the highest-scoring girl in this year's GCSE results. She said: "I am overjoyed with my results."
It is only three years since Manor House School extended its teaching to GCSE level.
