The School Library
An excellent selection of fiction, non-fiction and other publications is available in Manor House School’s two libraries.
The Junior and Senior Libraries cater for pupils of all ages and interests, whether they are reading for pleasure or working on a classroom project.
At Manor House, all students are encouraged to cultivate a life-long love of reading and books. Older pupils can choose from a wide range of modern teenage fiction in the Senior Library. There is also a well-stocked careers section with details of numerous job and further education opportunities.
English teacher Jane Foulds said: “The school library is at the heart of learning in every school. Here at Manor House, the libraries are regularly updated so that pupils have the books they need for their studies, as well as books to enjoy in their own time.”
