At Manor House School, pupils are encouraged to strike a balance between work and play by taking advantage of the wide range of extra-curricular activities available.
After-school clubs and activities play an important role in pupils’ personal and social development, and form part of a rounded education.
Pupils can choose from a variety of extra-curricular clubs, including swimming, tennis, art, choir and karate.
A charge is made for clubs run by specialist, peripatetic teachers. Pupils are expected to behave in a courteous and responsible manner during these sessions.
Pupils are not able to join clubs on an occasional basis. However, they can join during the course of a term, if places are available. During the Summer term, there are no clubs during the first and last week of term.
