Friends of Manor House


Friends of Manor House School (FMHS) Mission Statement:

‘To provide funding to purchase non-academic items and support non-curricular events through social and fun events for all pupils of Manor House School.’


FMHS is made up of a group of parents with pupils of varying ages within the school.

Previous successful events hosted by the group are:

Burns Night, Best of British Evening, Chocolate Bingo Night, Christmas Bazaar, Family Party Night, Curry Night and a Chinese New Year Evening.

Our fundraising efforts have provided the school with:

Laptops, a trim trail, stage lighting, hall audio and PA system, LCD Projector and screens, Prom night funding, Teddy Bears Picnic funding, a trip to the Panto for the whole school, two all-weather wooden gazebos for the middle and senior pupils and funding for a visiting Planetarium.

Uniform Service

The FMHS also run a second hand uniform service.

Parents can donate unwanted good condition uniform items to FMHS who will then sell them on to other parents. All proceeds received are used to benefit the pupils.
